But what happens now?

So you have signed your contract, sent all your information to the bank and from here on out we at Heron Bay are running the job. So what do you do now?
At Heron Bay Builders we encourage you to be as involved or removed from the process of building your house as you like. No matter how involved you choose to be, there are certain things we will require from you as the homeowner. Most of the decisions you will need to make are not required up front or even very early in the process however after the home is framed start getting ready to answer questions such as what colour you want your walls and appliances to be, what sort of flooring you are going to install, what cabinets and countertops will you buy? When you begin going through to make these decisions it will seem as though there are millions of them to make and not enough time to make them in. Thats why over the thirty years that Heron Bay Builders President Mark Smith has been living and building homes in this area he has found the very best people to help you make those decisions. Every one of our vendors offer competitive prices, vast selections, and friendly, incredibly knowlegeble staff to help you plan everything from kitchen layouts to rug selections.
